Dr. Charmaine Bester has 15 years clinical experience in chiropractic care and the modalities used to treat musculoskeletal conditions. She is well versed in Dry Needling Therapy, having completed a Masters Degree on the topic, over 120 hours undergraduate training and 2 years supervised clinical training.
She has a keen interest in chiropractic research and supervised over 50 masters dissertations over 10 years whilst being part of the Health Sciences Faculty at one of the top 500 Global Universities. She applies evidence-informed care and keeps up to date with the latest research available to best treat her patients. She has co-authored in 3 publications in peer-reviewed journals.
Charmaine has attended various post-graduate seminars and certifications including “Musculoskeletal Health in the Infant and Pre-School Child” through the AECC (Anglo-European College of Chiropractic) in Bournemouth, England.
Charmaine moved to the USA in 2017 and now calls Wake Forest, NC, home. When not at the practice you may find Charmaine out for a run or cycle on the greenway, most likely with her kids and husband close by.
